Wonderful experience there. Gorgeous and wonderful hotel in a decent area right by cable car as well as the mountains. The staff was affable, breakfast was extensive and outstanding. Variety of food at breakfast, such as fresh bread, cereals, fruit and eggs. Amazing service, outstanding food, overall a quiet atmosphere. Modern facilities, parking nearby.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was beautiful with stunning mountain views. The spa facilities were top-notch, especially the sauna. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, including fresh bread and pastries. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was commendable.
Arrived on xmas day and no festive atmosphere or decorations. The price for the stay during the holiday season was too high for the overall experience.

We had an incredible stay in a peaceful retreat nestled in a valley. The views from the exclusive hotel-owned lift were breathtaking and gave a sense of being transported to another world. Our room was spacious and well-decorated with luxurious bedding. The staff were exceptionally hospitable and attentive to all our needs. The food was exquisite and we even had the chance to watch the local wildlife whilst dining. We thoroughly enjoyed hiking in the surrounding area and taking in the natural beauty of the region.
The hotel's spa facilities were not as impressive as we had hoped, with limited options available for relaxation.
